Preliminaries

Suppliers complete the Webstore Discovery Checklist before site build begins

Choose the shop sub-domain. This is where consumers make their purchase.

❏ Examples: shop.brand.com, buy.brand.com, and store.brand.com

Develop search strategy and set SEO and Open Graph tags

❏ Use meaningful page titles and descriptions to help drive organic traffic.

❏ Example: Optimize a search for “Buy {Your Brand}” and direct it to your shop pages versus content pages

Link to your shop page in marketing and awareness campaigns

❏ Linking to content such as recipes may help drive interest, but always include a link to your shop page to drive purchases
